Lisa Taylor DVM
Dr. Taylor has owned and operated Gimli Veterinary Services since 1996. Lisa graduated from Guelph University as a doctor of veterinary medicine in 1987. She owns numerous horses that are her pride and joy as well as 2 dogs named Molly and Sasha. Lisa is married with 3 kids and lives on a farm in rural Manitoba with her husband.
Meaghan Ballard DVM
Dr. Ballard joined our team in May of 2016. She graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and permanently lives in Gimli with her cat Temeraire.
Amy McKay RAHT
Amy has been with the Gimli Clinic as the head technician since 2012. She graduated from Lakeland College in 2012 as a registered animal health technologist in 2012. She lives in rural Manitoba and has 3 cats named Beve, Charlie and Frostbite, 2 dogs named Wolfie and Aurora, numerous goats, and 2 horses named Missy and Blaze.
Erin Twerdochlib RAHT
Erin joined our Gimli Clinic in May of 2015. She graduated from Red River Community College as a Registered Animal Health Technologist in 2014. Erin hails from Teulon and has 2 dogs, Jaymee and Tank, 2 cats, Onyx and Scarlet, 2 guinea pigs, Pepper and Lola and a few fish. She has a soft spot in her heart for all animals, but especially black and white cats.
Stacey joined the Gimli Clinic in the spring of 2013 as our receptionist. She lives in rural Manitoba and has 2 nephew dogs and cats.
Teresa is our veterinary/technician assistant at the clinic and joined our staff in the spring of 2015. She lives in Arborg and has a dog named Choco.
Janice joined our clinics as bookkeeper in 2013. She had an accounting practice in Winnipeg for 25 years but is now semi-retired. She lives in rural Manitoba with her husband and 4 small dogs named Oreo, Gracie, Bella and Tinker. Janice loves to travel and she also loves dogs, gardening, country living, reading, music and her work at both Veterinary Clinics.
